Rule #6

Hey Upper East Siders, Gossip Girl here, you’re one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan’s elite.

Just kidding, it’s just me living out some New York fantasies. This past weekend, after 2 hours in flight delays (see its not always first class and champagne) I landed in the big apple fearing the worst weather wise. But lucky for me this weekend the sun came out and was showing off through some amazing Central Park views:

And a trip to Central Park would not be complete without a delicious three course meal:

Followed by some impulse buys of lipstick and a hat

Here are some final views of the city before I “headed out east”

Post awesome day in the city I heading out east with the locals to Westhampton in this whip-

Just kidding, I wish! Although I promise I do know the human in the front seat. While I would like to tell you all about my weekend about attending Diddy’s all white parties and sipping cosmos with the elite; my weekend was slightly different. Rather it was spent sleeping in a 5 bedroom house with about 30 other people- oh and I only knew 1 of these 30 prior to this weekend.

Sounds a little overwhelming right?!  It’s times like this when I remember wedding crashers Rule #6 – Do not sit in the corner and sulk. It draws attention in a negative way. Draw attention to yourself, but on your own terms. And this weekend our own terms included: blasting hotline bling with the windows down, 7am dance parties to the same song on repeat, clearing the store of its beer, late night walks on the beach, awful sunburns/tan lines, and sweaty snapchats from the dance floor. Safe to say it was successful weekend.

oh and a post would not be complete without a couple of views of Westhampton:
